Our Licensees are Kasarn Designs’ brand envoys and revenue earners. The better you do, the better Kasarn Designs does! We want to help you to provide the best, and to succeed.
All of Margo Humphries’ images can all be viewed online in the Kasarn Designs gallery.
Kasarn Designs can provide you with larger watermarked versions of the images pre purchase for visualizing your product development.

Conditions
Please consider these conditions when submitting your proposal:
- The names of the specific artwork
- What specific types of products the art will be reproduced on
- Include Kasarn Designs copyright notice on every product sold and on every advertisement or brochure for any such product which bears the licensors art
- The countries in which the products will be sold
- Within 12 months products bearing art by the licensor must be produced and selling, or else the right to use art by the licensor will be forfeited
- Termination date up to three years
- Indemnification - the licensee will protect the licensor from any lawsuits that might arise from any of the licensees business activities which in any way relate to products carrying the licensors art
- The licensor can cancel the agreement if the licensee doesn’t abide by the conditions or if they go bankrupt
- The specific royalty percentage to be paid to the licensor, the frequency of royalty payments & royalty payments must be accompanied with a clear statement of how the licensee came up with the royalty amount
- The licensors have the right to have the licensees books audited at the licensors own expense to make certain the licensee has paid what is due to the licensor
- The licensee never gains the copyright for any of the licensors pieces of art
- The licensee never gains full and complete reproduction rights to any of the licensors art
- The licensee never gains the right to sublicense the licensors art to other companies without the licensor having to approve and sign each specific sublicensing agreement
- The licensee never gains ownership of the licensors original works of art
